4 June 2021 An Unplanned trip to Ilayarasanthel Zamin Palace. Since it was an Unplanned one, could not enter the main palace and could not meet the Zamindar. Just had the photo shoots alone and returned back. On the way visited writer and friend Konangi (கோணங்கி) Again missed out the rehearsal of theater directed by Murugaboobathi (முருகபூபதி), founder of Manalmagudi Theater (மணல்மகுடி) which supposed to be taking place. I wanted to join him and spend few days to learn about Children's Theater. Murugaboobthi and Konagi are the grandsons of the great scholar and one of the legends of Theater Movements in Tamilnadu, Baskaradoss swamy. @ Kovilpatti ( Kingdom of Polingars, Southern Tamilnadu): let's learn the history beyond the textbooks.
